Initially requested vegetation clearance and repointing around chimney stack, but I also asked for assessment of overall roof condition. As expected, James from delta roofing advised a new roof 'system', ie removal of old roof coverings and replace with concrete ridge tiles with new breathable felt and fully graded batons. Also applied fibreglass upstanding bonding trays to join adjacent property. and new plastic dry verge system to gable end. The works were done by a professional team of three, to what appeared to me to a very high standard. And also all done in less than 2 days. Also separate scaffolding team helped by clearing bushes and small trees at front and side of property. Highly recommend.

We had our 80 year-old roof replaced along with our neighbour (two semi-detached houses). We chose delta roofing due to the great price, which included his own scaffolders (priced separately by other companies). Scaffold was up on the Thursday/Friday around both houses and roofing work started Monday. 2000 tiles in total replaced, all within a day. Scaffold was then removed by the following Wednesday. both teams of guys were great and very swiftly got on with the job. Couldn't fault them at all. New roof looks fabulous and very neat. Our two new skylights make all the difference in our roof space. Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend this company. From the beginning to end, James from delta roofing and he’s amazing team had completed roof with dormer and extension roof. All I had to do is hand the key over and sit back and wait until completed. No job is too big or small for these guys. They are professional, well organised, tidy, and trustworthy. The communication was regular with video updates. John Anthony also helped and guided me with other builders that would help with my full house renovation. That in itself shows how much he cares for his customers as he goes above and beyond.

Had a new roof fitted and can’t fault any aspect of this company. From my first phone call, to set-up, to completion of the job, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with consideration. There was a great bunch of guys on site who worked continuously to get the job done quickly, and they cleaned up each day before they left. Even one of my neighbours stopped me in the street to tell me what great lads they were. I’d have confidence in recommending this Company to anyone looking for roof work to be done. Really great job!

I have used Delta Roofing over a number of years. Their first job was a new roof 6years which was completed in a timely and professional manner. The roof still looks good today. They have also replaced the mirror between the bricks and sort a flat roof out, again both job again were completed in professional and timely manner. I have just my guttering replaced by this firm, again job has been in timely and professional manner. A good job done every time at a fair price by a pleasant work force. Therefore I will always use delta roofing for any roofing job.

Great service from everyone at the company, from answering the phone call to completion of the job- total professionalism and great communication. Needed a leaking felt roof replaced on my bay window and within 3 days I had someone come out and give a very reasonable quote and also had the new felt roof put on. Comes with a 10 year warranty and honestly could not fault a single element from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone who has any roofing issues.

At last, a professional construction and roofing firm in Edinburgh! From start to finish, the lads were great. Arrived promptly at 8am and just cracked on, no moaning, just graft hard all day. Jim the office was fab, helped me out with a little snag, and got everything resolved brilliantly. A whole new roof finished in 4 days, scaffolding gone and site tidy. James himself came to check that everything was fine. Will definitely be using these guys again. Can't fault them.

What an amazing job! Delta Roofing were exceptional. Professional, careful and considerate, got the job done quickly to a fabulous standard. The boss came to inspect the job throughout.
